Product Loyalty App

Project Description

The El Salvador branch of Pepsi requested a loyalty card and app. The app was for for small businesses, the card for their customers. The proposed app would also integrate with the producer’s invoicing system and had an administrative portal.

My Contribution

I prepared Spanish-language surveys, interview questions for contextual inquiries, generated wireframes and personas (in English and Spanish). I spent a week in and around San Salvador conducting contextual inquiries, interviewing small business owners and their customers.

I analyzed the data I collected and I presented my research findings, proposed solutions, wireframes and personas to the soft drink producer executives in El Salvador. We then collaborated on both the personas and the wireframes until we reached a consensus.

loyalty programs, rewards,
and technology use.
