A major restaurant chain in El Salvador requested a loyalty app for customers that integrated with their Point of Sale system, and had an administrative portal.
I built the customer interface for feature phone screens from the research and wireframes a colleague provided. I also built the core administrative and Point of Sale interfaces for the restaurant. I collaborated weekly with the restaurant’s marketing team and daily with the project developers in Colombia.
As the project progressed, Mozido hired a young designer in El Salvador to assist with fleshing out the remaining pieces of the Point of Sale and administrative portals. I mentored him, guiding him through my design decisions and educating him on Mozido’s user interface standards.
